A court in Ukhta has reviewed an administrative offense case brought against a local resident. On August 19, 2026, while in a public place, the man shouted a phrase that the Russian Ministry of Justice has included in its list of banned Nazi paraphernalia.
During the proceedings, the individual's guilt was established based on the collected evidence, which included a video recording of the incident.
Taking into account the nature of the offense, the offender's personal characteristics, and the absence of aggravating circumstances, the judge ruled to impose an administrative fine.
The ruling has not yet entered into legal force, according to the press service of the courts of the Komi Republic.
